2. Injectors
Yesterday accelerating full speed from highway paytoll, I experienced an abrupt drop in power like the engine is out of gas or injectors aren't firing anymore. I took out the spark plugs this morning and found that 3 were drenched in gasoline and the 4th was dry. I put tissue over each hole in the injector and when i start the engine without sparks, the ones that have gazoline pop right out. The 4th one remains shut. I checked the ground connection of ECU pins 14,30 and 48/55. I found 0ohm. So i assume the problem is somewhere else.
I also tried to reset the PID but with no luck. The car can start if the G28 is unplugged and is running fine when it is plugged in but it still is experiencing intermittent misfires at higher RPM. The temperature sensor for coolant (G62) shows the wrong temperature of that is -49c even after unplugging it. Also i noticed that the oil pressure gauge in the cockpit is showing 2 bar when the actual pressure is 0.0 when I crank up the engine.
I'm not certain what to do, i think i've pretty much completely ruled out all other possibilities. I'm afraid i may have missed something. Let me know if you have any ideas! TIA!
